Social Media and US DS-160 Visa Application Form

Since March 2018 the Department of State (DOS) added a few extras to the Form DS-160, which is something we use on a daily basis for Visa application in America.

Today marks the start of the US asking for social media access and history to be added to the application form, meaning if the applicant has a social media presence they will have to list it on the form.

We aren’t concerned about this change as it only seems to be a formal consent for something that has been implemented for a long time.
