SXSW EARLY BIRD RATES

SXSW is just around the corner, and it will come around quickly. Don’t get caught out by leaving one of the most important details until the last minute.

We’ve introduced early bird rates to encourage you to get a move on. Of course nobody wants a last minute panic, including us, so hopefully this will be an added incentive.

Unsure of whether you need a visa for SXSW? Have a little read of the following statement, taken from the SXSW website…

“If your only activity in the U.S. will be to participate in official SXSW Showcases, Customs and Border Protection recommends that you apply for a B visa even if you qualify to enter the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. Despite the historic odds of entering under the Visa Waiver Program, the process is now too unpredictable to be used for showcasing.

If you plan to perform at another event in the U.S. in addition to your official SXSW Showcases, you will likely need an O or a P visa.”

This is the official advice from SXSW, but we very strongly advise that each case is different, and should be discussed on an individual basis. There are many factors that affect which visa you need to apply for.
